Cozzoli Machine Company (The Company) is founded by Frank J. Cozzoli Sr. Originally named Modern Machine & Tool Company, the operation is located in Plainfield, New Jersey, in a building approximately 1,200 square feet.
Frank J. Cozzoli Sr. is awarded first prize at the Belgium International Exposition for his fully automatic electric fruit press.
The Company develops top selling Thoroburn oil burner.
Joseph M. Cozzoli, the son of Frank J. Cozzoli, Sr., joins the firm and helps develop the burgeoning line of pharmaceutical equipment.

The Company officially changes it's name from Modern Machine & Tool Company to Cozzoli Machine Company (CMC).

Joseph Cozzoli establishes the first in-house sales division to market CMC products worldwide.

CMC's product line broadens as does their sales and marketing effort.
MRM is merged with Elgin under their parent company to become MRM/Elgin and is relocated to Wisconsin.
CMC acquires MRM/Elgin Corp. expanding the company's business into the food, cosmetic and industrial markets.
Frank J. Cozzoli Jr. becomes President of CMC.

CMC opens new 100,000 square foot headquarters in Somerset, NJ. This new facility holds administrative offices, manufacturing, and testing lab as well as the space to execute FAT for multiple complete lines. MRM/Elgin manufacturing is also moved to this location.
