The RPF rotary piston fillers can accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds. Each model features overhead driven pistons with patented individual piston-adjustment mechanism, bottom-up fill capability, no-container/no-fill and positive spiral feed. Pistons and valve plugs are easily removed for cleaning and sanitizing. |

The fully automatic RFL rotary fillers are fill-to-level machines: vacuum, gravity or combined gravity/pressure filling systems. Shut-off segment and exclusive bottom manifold feed minimize container pressurization on plastic containers.
All RFL fillers feature a top gear drive shielded to assure cleanliness and include centrally clustered manual lubrication systems for ease of maintenance. |

These rotary tables are equipped with stainless steel turntables, and designed to provide smooth unscrambling or accumulating of a broad variety of containers such as vials, jars, bottles or cans made out of glass, plastic or metal.
